Hi, I'm Andrea, the artist behind Andreita's Artistry, a makeup business based in Antioch, California. This page explains what happens to the information you share on andreitasartistry.com. The short version: I use your details to plan your glam, I never sell them, and you can ask me to see, correct, or delete them.
What I collect when you request a booking
When you send the booking form, I receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email, event date, finish time, how many people need makeup, the package, where you'd like to get ready, any add-ons, your notes, and whether you used the form in English or Spanish.
I use it to reply to you, check my availability, send your quote and deposit details, and plan your appointment. If you email me or message me on Instagram, I use what you send for the same reasons.
Who helps me run this site
My website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify receives your booking request, keeps it in my site's dashboard, and emails it to me at my Gmail address, which is a Google service. Like any web host, Netlify handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. The site's fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them.
Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to understand how people use my site: how many people visit, which pages they view, how they found me (for example, Instagram or a Google search), what kind of device they use, their approximate city, and which buttons get tapped, like Book Your Date or a phone link. When a booking request goes through, Analytics records that a request was sent, the package, where you chose to get ready, and the form's language. It never records what you typed.
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell new visits from returning ones. It does not give me your name, email, or phone number. Google may collect information about your visit, and Google may also see your activity on other websites that use its services. Your choices:
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, my site does not load Google Analytics at all.
- You can turn off Google Analytics on every website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
What I don't do
I don't sell or rent your information. I don't use advertising cookies, and I don't share your details with anyone except the services named on this page that help me run my business.
Photos
I post photos only of clients who said yes, and anyone under 18 needs a parent's permission. I remove location data from every photo before it goes on my website. If you'd like a photo of you taken down from my website or Instagram, message me and I'll remove it.
Kids and teens
My site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. Bookings for teens and tweens, including Glam & Learn, should come from a parent or guardian.
Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
